These amazing shrimps are caught in the shallow waters off the Wash in Norfolk. They are boiled on board the shrimp boats before being hand peeled in Kings Lynn. A slow process, however this ensures a premium quality produce as the distinctive taste is not lost by more commercial methods using machines and water.
The shrimps are potted in small batches locally in Suffolk using the original secret recipe!
They are then frozen (and last up to 6 months) to retain freshness and quality.
