How to cook
Deep Fry From Frozen
4 mins to deep fry. Pre-heat the oil to 180ºC. Remove all packaging. Gently lower product into the hot oil and cook for 4 minutes. Do not over fill the fryer.
Grill From Frozen
8-10 mins to grill - medium heat. Pre-heat the grill pan on a medium heat setting. Remove all packaging. Place product on to the base of the grill pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Oven cook From Frozen
15 mins to oven bake 220ºC/Fan 200ºC/Gas Mark 7. Pre-heat the oven. Remove all packaging. Place product on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
